My client is leading international law firm with a strong presence in the real estate sector. They are seeking a talented and ambitious real estate associate solicitor to join their team.
The successful candidate will a high-quality NQ to 4 years post-qualification experience in real estate law, with a strong track record of advising on a range of property matters including acquisitions and disposals, development, investment, and leasing. You will have excellent drafting and negotiating skills and be comfortable working on complex and high-value transactions. of course, if you are less experienced, this will not apply.
As a real estate associate solicitor at the firm, you will be expected to work as part of a team, providing advice and support to clients on a range of real estate matters. You will also have the opportunity to work on a variety of high-profile and challenging projects, and to develop your skills and expertise through continuous learning and development.
The ideal candidate will have experience from a large international or national law firm, with a firm presence within Real Estate.
