The Role

The firm is seeking a Corporate Associate 2-4 PQE to join the team in the firm's flagship office based in the City of London.

You will also handle a broad array of corporate matters, with a particular focus on private company M&A and investments. The position will require work on key transaction documents such as SPA, investment agreements and JVA alongside elements of due diligence and research.

The work will provide unrivalled client exposure with the opportunity to work directly alongside award-winning Partners recognised as leaders in the industry by the Legal 500 and Chambers.

You will be an integral part of the team, providing vital support to the more senior fee earners. This position offers excellent training and development with the opportunity to be involved with client facing work and business development initiatives.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 2-4 years PQE
• Efficient communication and ability to manage a complex workload and handle multiple matters simultaneously.
• Experience in M&A and investments.
