Associate - Energy Projects

This esteemed firm is seeking a lawyer to join its Mining and Energy Transition team, where they will support a Legal 500 celebrated Partner, known for his expertise in energy & infrastructure, with a particular specialism in West and Sub-Saharan Africa.

You will join a market-leading Energy Transition and Finance Team in the City of London as part of the Projects Department.

This is a superb opportunity for a mid-level solicitor with experience in corporate, commercial or energy matters. You will gain real responsibility from the outset with plenty of client contact.

The team operates on some of the most critical international transactional and advisory matters in the EMEA region. You will gain the opportunity to work closely with other departments such as the M&A or disputes teams on matters relating to the Energy sector. To date this has included some of the largest transactions in the African energy sector.

Requirements:

• This role would suit a Projects solicitor with 4-6 years PQE
