We are working with a family office who is looking for an in-house counsel to join their small team based in Ascot, England. The family office has varied interest from smart metering, e-payments, restaurants and much more. The role is based at their HQ in Ascot and will primarily focus on real estate, with a portfolio consisting of various residential and commercial properties based in London, Ascot and Windsor.
Unlike real estate development, the role requires those who are able to work independently and manage a range of duties relating to the family's diverse portfolio of residential property. Such legal work will include extending the lease, enfranchisement, financing and contracts for various sub-contractors regarding refurbishment works.
Candidates must be UK qualified, have gained three or more years of legal experience working for leading international law firms with an excellent reputation and/or in-house legal teams within the real estate sector. Experience of employment law and commercial law is desirable. Additional experience of offshore/wealth structure would be of interest as well.
Remuneration: £85,000 - £95,000 GBP + bonus
For more information, contact Robert Gregorio for a confidential discussion.
Jameson Legal acts as an employment business for temporary recruitment and as an employment agency for fixed term contract and permanent recruitment.
Please note: Where a level of experience, such as 'PQE', is indicated, please note that this is a guideline only and represents the amount of time we would usually expect a candidate to accumulate the requisite level of experience. This does not preclude applications from candidates with more or less experience
