Venture Capital Lawyer 3+ PQE

Recognised West End firm is searching for an ambitious mid-level associate to join its well-ranked Venture Capital team. 

This c50 firm is renowned for its work in the technology, media, entrainment, and private client sectors. Clients include start-ups, multinational companies, household names, and other HNW individuals and their families. 

The Venture Capital Group is searching for a mid-level venture capital lawyer to work on a high-quality caseload involving a wide range of corporate matters for clients, with a particular focus on advising entrepreneurs, venture capital funds, angel and other investors, primarily from the media and technology sectors. You should have experience playing a leading role in venture capital and investment transactions for investors and investees, as well as experience advising founders/sellers on their exits and M&A activity. 

Key requirements: 
• England and Wales qualified lawyer 3+ PQE.
• Strong academics, good training and hands-on transactional corporate and venture capital experience. 
• Interested in running your own transactions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and commercial awareness to contribute to business development.
