Compliance Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a Compliance manager to take responsibility for the Compliance team within a top-tier International law firm.

Description

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the compliance team, allocating responsibilities as required
• Delivering training to the rest of the team and other offices on regulatory developments
• Designing and implementing project plans
• Working closely with Directors and key stakeholders
• Ensuring the maintenance of up to date policies in line with regulations
• Reporting on a regular basis to the Director of Risk and Compliance
• Assisting with projects and on-boarding duties where required

Profile

The successful candidate will have risk and compliance experience, ideally within an International law firm. They will have experience of managing a team, and be comfortable working under pressure. Knowledge and experience working with AML legislation, SRA regulations and anti-terrorism is essential for this role.

In addition to this, experience working with GDPR and Intapp open is highly desirable.
