Senior Corporate Tax Associate

There is a new and exciting opportunity here at Interlink for a Senior Corporate Tax Lawyer to take on the lead role of a prestigious Corporate Tax Team in one of their many offices – Manchester, Liverpool and Leeds to name a few.

This is an opportunity to join a Top 200 UK Law Firm and a dynamic, hardworking team championing aspiration. 

Role 

• You will be working collaboratively with their Corporate Team and UK Tac and Succession Team. 
• Working closely with clients to translate complex tax matters into accessible language, and provide advice relevant to them and their specific circumstances. 
• You will be working with a wide range of clients ranging rom PLC’s top owner managed businesses, entrepreneurs, property investors and developers and private equity houses and their portfolio companies. 
• On a daily basis you will be required to advise on corporate restructurings, all aspects of M&A work, investor tac planning, employment taxation, employee incentivisation and real estate structing. 

Candidate 

• Must be a qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
• 6+ PQE. 
• Proven experience and a genuine understanding and enthusiasm for advising on complex tax issues. 
• Need to be technically strong and already achieved Chartered Tac Adviser (CTA) or be working towards it. 
• Appreciate the importance of keeping up to date with the latest changes to ensure you can provide the most current and relevant advice to clients and colleagues. 
• You will be a good communicator and positive team contributor, possessing the resilience and determination to work under pressure by organising yourself and your time effectively to meet deadlines.
