We have an exciting opportunity for a Property lawyer / Conveyancer (Mandarin Speaking) with an international law firm based in London. This is a permanent role starting immediately.

Description
The key responsibilities for the Property lawyer / Conveyancer (Mandarin Speaking) vacancy are as follows:
- Strong written and spoke Mandarin and English skills
- Dealing with aspects of plot sales and purchases especially off-plan property purchases
- Liaising with clients, agents, developers and mortgage lenders from the far east or Asian countries.
- handling completions and pre-exchange work
- A conveyancing solicitor, licensed conveyancer or legal executive.
- History of handling a high volume workload and meeting deadlines
Profile
The successful candidate will be a property lawyer, licensed conveyancer or legal executive. The candidate must also be fluent in Mandarin and have worked in a similar role.
