Our client, an international law firm is looking for an Associate Conveyancer to join their busy Residential Property Team. Based out of Exeter, our client is forward-thinking and takes pride on the supportive environment they offer.

Your new role

Our client is looking for a capable 3+ PQE Associate, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join their Residential Property team. You will report directly to a senior manager, supporting the established team of Conveyancing Assistants and Executives. The team manage a wide range of residential property transactions, priding themselves on the production of high-value work.

What you'll need to succeed

As an experienced Residential Property lawyer, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer, you will have gained adequate exposure working with high net value clients on a range of residential property transactions. Our client is looking for someone who already has an established client base in the Southwest, London or Midlands and can build new relationships. You will be required to make in-person meetings within their Exeter office 1-2 times a week. You will need strong client skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet challenging deadlines.
