The Role:

Opportunity for an ambitious Corporate Associate NQ-3 years PQE, including 2023 qualifier's, to join a high-quality practice in Leeds.

This team undertakes the full range of corporate transactional work encompassing M&A, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, restructuring, reorganisations and governance. As a junior, you will be given a high level of exposure and a platform to build your practice with a focus on the work you most enjoy.

Much of the work will be multi-jurisdictional in nature, and you will benefit from the cohesive international network that exists when delivering international projects.

The team is looking for someone who is passionate about business development as they will give you the platform to network amongst the biggest and best in the industry. Therefore, you must have advanced communication skills and a genuine entrepreneurial flair.

Reuirements:

• Corporate Solicitor NQ-3 years PQE with experience in a leading corporate department
• Highly meticulous, commercially focused and outcome orientated
