Agriculture/Rural Property Solicitor | 6 months FTC | Woking | £50000 - £65000 per annum 

A rare opening within a highly sought-after, prestigious law firm for a new Agriculture/Rural Property Solicitor to join their ranks;  this role offers the successful candidate the chance to further their legal career, working with and learning from the best.

The Role: 

• As the new Agriculture/Rural Property Solicitor, you'll join a team acting on a range of transactions including landlord and tenant matters, business leases, and tenancies.
• Working within a team of experienced lawyers, you will advise on a wide range of matters.
• These matters include supporting their land, farm, and country transactions, as well as rural asset management for Landed lending work, draft documentation for property sales and purchases (including contracts for the country houses with land, transfers of part, deeds of easement, and covenants), drafting reports on title, as well as advising on matters relating to Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 tenancies and farm business tenancies.
• The team is committed to providing their clients with exceptional service, focusing on understanding the client's business objectives and what motivates them. Therefore, you will be expected to foresee your client's requirements with the ability to react quickly and provide bespoke advice.

About You: 

To be considered for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:

• Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales with a current Practising Certificate
• Upwards of 4 years' PQE in handling Agriculture/Rural transactional property matters.
• Experience gained from notable City or Regional firms, and previous experience in Rural Property law would be an advantage.
• Available immediately or on short notice.
