This highly regarded London based Corporate group is looking to recruit a common law qualified lawyer into its Capital Markets team. You will be charged with advising on a mix of equity capital markets (ECM) and debt capital markets (DCM) transactions. The Capital Markets team sits within the wider Corporate group and you will have the opportunity to undertake broader M&A instructions in the public company space.
The successful candidate will have a strong academic background and have at least two years of DCM and / or ECM experience gained at a top-tier London practice.
