Personal Injury Solicitor (Military Claims)

Sellick Partnership are currently working with a well-established law firm where an exciting opportunity has arisen for a fully remote Personal Injury Solicitor with experience in Military claims to join their Personal Injury team on a locum basis.

In taking this role you will join a specialist team who work to assist our forces personnel with injury claims against the Ministry of Defence. This will give you excellent access to a variety of cases where you will work alongside highly reputable lawyers who will assist you in your work on a daily basis.

You will be able to gain exposure to various types of claims including:

• Employers Liability claims for PTSD
• Clinical Negligence claims
• None freezing cold claims
• Parachute claims
• Bullying & harassment claims

Ideally you'll have 4+ years' PQE as a Personal Injury Solicitor and experience of Military claims.
