Regulatory Counsel – Flexible Working Arrangement

This award winning financial services business is expanding its legal team.  A vacancy has arisen for an experienced regulatory lawyer to join the growing team.  Working very closely with compliance you will be responsible for providing regulatory advisory services to the business as well as advising on key strategic projects, regularly liaising with the leadership team and mentoring junior team members. 

This will suit a financial services regulatory lawyer with at least 5 years’ pqe.  Prior exposure to the investment management sector would be strongly preferred and some previous experience with MIFID, FCA rulebook, trading and/or payments experience would benefit your application.  You will be a strong negotiator with well developed technical and drafting skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. 

Candidates based anywhere in the UK will be equally considered as you will work from home predominantly and travel into the office around once a month.
