Healthcare Regulatory Solicitor - Leeds (Hybrid/Remote Working)
A leading healthcare law firm is seeking a highly motivated and talented solicitor to join their growing team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in regulatory law (preferably healthcare) and will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of providing high-quality advice and representation to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising healthcare clients on regulatory and advisory work, including patient care issues and mental health advice, CQC compliance, coroners inquests, regulation and enforcement.
- Staying up-to-date with changes to healthcare regulations and legislation
- Developing strong relationships with clients and providing them with tailored legal advice
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as contracts and agreements
- Providing training and support to junior members of the team
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with regulatory law experience - preferably in healthcare, but not a requirement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Strong drafting and negotiating skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Advocacy experience is an advantage, but not essential
