South East
£37,648 - 50,366 per annum
Hybrid Working
A Commercial Property Lawyer is required to join a large alternative business structure on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a large shared service arrangement which prides itself on being one of the market leaders for undertaking public sector work in the East Midlands and South East.
Depending on the level of experiences, property lawyers in the team deal with:
- Leases of industrisal Units;
- Lease Renewals;
- Reports on title;
- Easements/wayleaves;
- Development agreements;
- S106 agreements
- Statutory Transfers,
- Disposals of land.
The list really does go on giving you an idea of just how varied this role will be!
The role will be a hybrid working arrangement but you will have the opportunity to choose to work from 1 of 3 offices of your choice once per week - Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire or Bedfordshire.
