What will the role include:
- Drafting bespoke contracts and handbooks
- Drafting policies, procedures, and bespoke letters.
- Assisting the Head of Employment in designing and delivering bespoke client training
- Running a caseload of Claimant and Respondent matters
- Dealing with ACAS EC cases
- Drafting ET1s and ET3s
