Our St Helen's based Client are looking to add an experienced Conveyancer to their growing Residential Conveyancing Team.
You will be tasked with handling your own caseload of Conveyancing files of all types. This is including but not limited to Sale and Purchase both freehold and leasehold. You will also be expected to deal effectively with more residential transactions. You will be joining a close knit team and firm who pride themselves of their local reputation and therefore repeat clients.
You will be an integral part of a new team of 3 Conveyancers, who have plans to grow the department over the next 12 months. In return the you will be offered the opportunity to work from home up to 2 days per week and given autonomy over all files and completions, as well given the opportunity to expand the department through maintaining and developing existing business relationships.
This a great opportunity for someone looking for a change to the factory Conveyancing environment in favor of a more traditional firm with great flexibility and knowledgeable team.
