A supervising Childcare solicitor role has arisen at a large law firm at their Birmingham City Centre office. This is a care role, handling a caseload whilst supervising and mentoring other members of the team.
On offer is a salary of up to 55k, hybrid working 2 days office based 3 from home along with an extensive benefits package to include life assurance, private medical and a generous holiday entitlement.
This role will require previous experience of managing a team, extensive children act knowledge and experience and the Children’s Panel Accreditation would be advantageous.
This role will be varied and challenging whereby you will undertake all aspects of leadership and day to day management for a team of fee earners. You will be responsible for mentoring, supporting, and developing them
to deliver exceptional client care and quality legal work, as well as running your own successful caseload but with manageable targets.
This is a hybrid role that offers a great culture, fantastic flexibility and a good all round package.
