LHH Recruitment Solutions have partnered with a national law firm in Oxford to assist in their search for a Corporate Associate/Senior Associate.
The law firm deals with clients ranging from SMEs to international FTSE 100 companies, you will be working alongside the partners drafting and negotiating on a range of corporate matters. There will be an emphasis on mergers/acquisitions and private equity work, however other work would include share and asset purchase agreements, shareholders agreements (including joint venture and investment agreements), articles of association and partnership/LLP constitutions, loan documentation and share options.
The firm are looking for multiple Solicitors who are NQ up to 10 years PQE and have a solid expertise of corporate matters. You must be committed, motivated and proactive in your approach towards clients and other departments within the firm. The role is based in Oxford but there is flexibility to work at home.
