Sellick Partnership are recruiting to a Conveyancing Paralegal position to assist a busy Property team within a well-regarded London Borough Council.
Our London Borough client is looking for a Conveyancing Paralegal on a locum-basis, for an initial 3 contract, with likelihood to be extended long-term The role offers predominantly remote, hybrid working with office attendance only required on an ad-hoc basis. The rate of pay for this role is £20 - £26 umbrella.
The successful Conveyancing Paralegal will ideally have experience handling a caseload of Right to Buy matters whether that be from the public or private sector.
The role will consist of handling and assisting with a caseload of:
- Right to Buy
- Deeds of covenant
- Deeds of postponement
- Notice of charges
- Deeds of variation
This role would be perfect for somebody with existing legal experience looking to progress in their career and work in a dynamic, friendly team whilst being a highly competitive hourly rate.
