In House Commercial Contracts Paralegal - 12 Month FTC - 80% remote
We are working with a very well known retailer based in the West Midlands in their search for a Commercial Paralegal on a 12 Month fixed term contract.
The majority of the role is drafting, reviewing, negotiating b2b/b2c contracts and the management of business stakeholders, but you will also be involved in advising on strategic projects, and advising on marketing/advertising/competition campaigns, as well as some commercial litigation.
The role is suitable for a commercial contracts paralegal with in house experience looking to add to their skill set by joining a fast paced retailer, with lots of exposure to the stakeholders within the business. Alternatively, applicants currently working in law firm who are keen to gain in house experience are also encouraged.
The business is best in West Midlands and is operating a very flexible hybrid model, so you will only be required to attend the office 1 day per week.
The base salary is up to £45,000, plus package.
