A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a Top Tier, Legal 500 firm based in Reading.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 Years' PQE working as a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, will have strong communication skills, will be experienced in working with case management systems and will be able to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a renowned, friendly firm whilst working with high value properties, high net worth individuals and their advisers, in addition to first time buyers and downsizers.
Main duties will include, but may not be limited to:
- Assisting with all aspects of Conveyancing including the preparation of completion statements, the preparaton of transfers and assisting with post completion matters.
- Assisting in developing both new and existing business relationships.
- Working closely with the Partner assisting with client transactions.
- Dealing with high value properties and high net worth individuals on a day to day basis.
