Your new role
You will join an expanding team in the North West, supporting a global client base with corporate governance matters. You will be involved in corporate compliance for a range of clients, listed and non-listed, and will provide support for subsidiary management and reporting requirements. The workload is project based, underpinned by technology and client focused. This is a fantastic starting point for anybody looking to develop their career to manager and director level with a professional services firm. Your role will predominantly be home based with occasional travel to Manchester to attend meetings.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience in corporate governance compliance for international clients, subsidiary management and reporting requirements. You will ideally be an ambitious law graduate or international business / finance graduate, with practical knowledge of company law and governance requirements. You must have a strong academic record and the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as you will be building relationships with a range of internal and external clients. You must also have good organisational skills with the ability to project manage.
