Social Housing Lawyer, 2+ PQE – Norwich – A leading practice is looking to recruit a Property Lawyer who has experience of working within the social housing sector. An exciting opportunity for an ambitious Commercial or Residential Property Lawyer who has gained exposure to social housing matters and would be keen to specialise within this area of law.

THE ROLE:
A rare and interesting opportunity has arisen within the highly ranked team of this leading law firm in Norwich. Due to expansion, the firm are keen to recruit an additional Lawyer into the social housing team to deal with a full and varied caseload of matters. Applications are welcomed from Commercial or Residential Property Lawyers who have gained exposure / handled some matters within the social housing sector. The appointed Social Housing Lawyer will be working within a highly successful team who acts for a broad range of national and regional registered providers, funders and private house-builders to name but a few.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Legal Executives or Solicitors with at least 2 years’ experience gained within a reputable practice recognised for their expertise in social housing or an in-house team with a knowledge of commercial or residential property matters with a focus on the social housing sector would be advantageous. Excellent attention to detail together with the ability to work closely with clients are key for this role.
