Your new role
A newly created corporate focused Senior Counsel position reporting into the General Counsel. Taking on the management of a Corporate governance Manager, you will work on a cross-border basis on broad corporate (M&A, JV, restructuring) and commercial matters, while ensuring legal and governance compliance. You will play a key role in managing senior stakeholders across the organisation as a trusted advisor, getting involved in complex legal matters.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a UK or Commonwealth qualified corporate lawyer, with good practice training and transactional and advisory corporate experience. Any in-house experience in a corporate environment will be valued, at the equivalent of Senior Associate level in practice. You will have the confidence to take on a cross-border role and to manage a governance professional, able to demonstrate your track record of building relationships as a partner to a business. You will be able to come into the London offices 2-3 days per week in a hybrid culture.
