Recoveries Lawyer, In-House

One of our Manchester based financial services clients is currently seeking an experienced recoveries lawyer to join the established and friendly legal team. This is a brand new opportunity as the team expand to provide stronger support to the business and will focus on financial support for customers. You will need to understand the regulatory regime regarding customers in financial difficulty and work proactively to mitigate risk. You will also be expected to support on broader retail banking litigation matters according to experience.

We are looking for someone with some experience under their belt who can act with autonomy and be the sole “go to” person for business. You should have a secured recoveries background ideally and be an ambitious lawyer and a team player.
