Utilities Company

£70-75000 per annum

Commercial Solicitor is required to join a Utilities Company based in Sussex for a permanent contract.

This is an exciting time to join the Utility company as it expands its legal services.

  • You will be drafting, reviewing and negotiating on a range of contracts and procurement matters.
  • You will be joining a commercial team of 6 lawyers and will be providing high quality legal advice.
  • Undertaking a range of different commercial contracts ranging from standardised contracts such as terms and conditions to more high value based contracts to include construction/ engineering and water treatment works
  • We have been advised that it would beneficial to have procurement experience however the team are very happy to train up someone without this experience as long as they have good working knowledge of commercial contracts.
