An award-winning Legal 500 firm with a wealth of expertise in personal injury claims and medical negligence are seeking a Solicitor  to join their Personal Injury Department in Hull.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in handling multi-track RTA and EL/PL claims. They will be responsible for managing a caseload of claimant files and working as part of a dynamic team to ensure the best outcomes clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of claimant multi-track RTA and EL/PL files
• Communicating with clients, counsel, defendants, and other parties involved in the case
• Gathering and reviewing documentation and evidence
• Progressing cases in line with client expectations
• Actively participating in Business Development efforts to increase the department's and company's visibility
• Regularly updating clients on the current status of their case, including costs
• Strictly adhering to client protocols and procedures
• Undertaking any other responsibilities that correspond with this role

Person Specification:

• 3+ years of experience in handling portal, fast track and multi-track personal injury claims including litigated work
• Experience in handling EL and PL claims
• Commercially aware
