Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor
Job description: A Lancashire/Cumbria based Private Practice is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their excellent team on a permanent basis. The role is on a full-time basis, requiring initial office attendance and then operates on a hybrid/remote working arrangement.
The successful candidate will be dealing with:
- A range of commercial property transaction matters
- Including matters involving commercial property sales/purchases, leases, landlord & tenant, share purchases/sales and acquisition/sale of businesses
- Supervising junior members of staff and working towards other management opportunities within the firm
Role Essentials:
- Be a qualified UK Solicitor of 3 years PQE+
- Good experience in commercial property
- Strong IT skills
- The ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
Salary: £DOE
The clients are ideally looking for a Solicitor who can start immediately, but are willing to wait for a notice period to be served.
