• Previous experience: Previous pre-litigated or litigated debt recovery experience whether commercial or consumer.

The team is looking for two talented debt recovery paralegals or litigation executives with litigated or pre-litigated experience. Perhaps you are interested in a new challenge or are looking for a role which can offer long-term career progression. The ideal candidate will:

Quality debt recovery and insolvency work

The successful candidates will work in a thriving department based from the Manchester office. The caseload is varied including:

• commercial and consumer debt recovery cases for a variety of clients include large national corporates and PLCs;
• enforcement proceedings;
• insolvency actions;
• you will also have the opportunity to get involved in business development and expanding the services of the debt recovery offering.

Candidates can expect training on areas such as insolvency with a view to developing their experience. The team is involved in a broad range of work and this is an excellent opportunity to deepen you knowledge and expertise.
