As the successful Litigation Solicitor you will handle a variety of General Civil Litigation work, including but not limited to contractual issues, company and partnership disputes, neighbour and boundary disputes, landlord and tenant issues, contentious probate including inheritance act claims, employment matters including wrongful/unfair/constructive dismissal, redundancy, discrimination cases and settlement agreements.
All levels of Solicitor will be considered for the role of Litigation Solicitor, and salary is dictated by the level of candidate.
