JOB TITLE: Dispute Resolution- Associate
LOCATION: Guernsey
SALARY: £70,000 - £110,000
Our client is a leading international law firm, that is seeking an Associate to join their Dispute Resolution team in Guernsey.
They are experts in the resolution of every type of commercial and civil dispute, whether through litigation or arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. The team consist of experienced Lawyer with rights of audience, who litigate at all levels of the court system. They also have significant experience in providing legal expertise to support disputes in other jurisdictions.
The team advises clients, in keeping with the internal policies and procedures, concerning all aspects of client matters assigned to the Litigation and Insolvency Practice Group. They represent the Group in dealings with other law firms, government representatives, agencies, and other professionals involved with the client's matters.
You will be a UK-qualified lawyer with at least 1+PQE and have experience gained at a reputable law firm.
