Salary - £50,000 - £70,000 DOE

Chadwick Nott have received instruction for an experienced Solicitor to join a leading 'Top 100' law firm in their Neurolaw team which is ranked by both Chambers and Legal 500 directories as one of the premier litigation departments in Wales.

With centrally located and impressive offices close to Cardiff central station, an experienced catastrophic injury solicitor would be hard placed to find a better opportunity in South Wales.

Our client is seeking experienced and senior solicitor to join their award winning team. Dependant on experience, this hire can be at either Senior Associate or Salaried Partner level.

The successful candidate will be working within a busy claimant team and must possess the experience and ability to independently manage a caseload of significant value and complexity.

Previous and demonstrated experience of handling complex personal injury cases is essential as this role will include representing children and adults who have suffered life changing injuries, including traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries and amputations as a result of road traffic collisions, accidents at work and assaults. There will also be exposure to fatal accident work which will involve pursuing claims on behalf of dependants and estates.

The ideal candidate should be technically proficient with a sound knowledge of the CPR and protocols. Given the nature of the role and sensitive issues involving emotional and vulnerable clients, exceptional client care skills are essential. You should be an excellent communicator able to demonstrate strong developing relationships with both clients and colleagues.
