Sellick Partnership are recruiting to a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join a large and friendly team within a highly regarded local authority on a remote basis.

The Commercial Property Lawyer would have the support of 3 other lawyers who specialise in Commercial Property work, alongside administration support and the direct line manager.

As Commercial Property Lawyer, you will be required to handle a range of property law matters, including but not limited to:

• New leases and lease renewals
• Licenses and sales and purchases of land
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Disposals and acquisitions

The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to work on an entirely remote working basis, and will join the team for an initial 3 - 6 months with a possibility of extension.

Previous public sector experience is desirable, although Commercial Property Lawyers from Private Practice backgrounds are still encouraged to apply.
