Corporate & Commercial Senior Solicitor

A leading law firm is looking for a senior corporate and commercial solicitor to join their expanding team based in Hampshire. Ideally the firm is looking for someone with at least 5 years' experience.

This is an amazing opportunity to join a friendly firm, known for its high-calibre clients, which are based all over the South East and London.

This role requires the successful candidate to play a key part on developing the team, alongside dealing with a caseload of work including mergers and acquisitions, cooperate restructuring, shareholders agreements, commercial contracts, data protection, and LLP and partnership matters.

Supporting the partner on complex transactions, handling your own files, alongside managing more junior fee earners and trainees is also to be expected.

• Great leadership and management skills.
