- Private equity
- Equity capital markets
- Business sales
- Joint ventures
- Corporate reorganisations
Matters you can expect to work on:
- Leading acquisitions and disposals on business and assets
- Assisting on mergers and acquisitions for corporate clients
- Assisting/leading on due diligence
- Drafting and negotiating the terms of transaction ancillary documents (completion of board minutes, deeds of waivers, resignation letters etc)
