Working out of modern commercial offices in the heart of Chester, this is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and experienced Credit Hire Litigation Executive (paralegal, fee earner or Solicitor) to join one of the region's leading Personal Injury specialist practices.
The Credit Hire department are renowned for their outstanding work and each fee earner within the team is responsible for their own caseload of predominantly litigated Credit Hire claims which they manage from instruction through to completion.
It is expected that you'll have a minimum of 18 months experience dealing with litigated Credit Hire matters as you'll be expected to hit the ground running with your own caseload.
You'll be working in a close knit team on high quality work and be fully supported to reach your potential and progress within the business. Salary and full benefits, including hybrid working, will be commensurate with previous experience.
