Legal Collections Specialist

My client is a leading international Law Firm who has experienced a lot of growth in recent years and is now looking to grow their team in Leeds with an additions of a collections specialist.

My client has a commitment to providing the best service for their clients whilst upholding a positive work environment and balance for their employees. My client has observed that there is a need for legal services to be more accessible and efficient and have designed a range of services to meet these needs.

Your role will be to provide a high standard of service delivery within in a volume telephone Collections & Recoveries environment in accordance with the client service level agreement. In this role you will process and work a full case load of pre legal collection matters to a suitable resolution with supervision

In order to be considered for this role you will have experience as a collections specialist or high level customer service experience.
