Our client are a global, elite US law firm who are looking to bolster their Leveraged Finance team with a mid-level appointment.
The Firm:
- Over 40 offices and 2500 lawyers globally.
- Their London office has over 150 lawyers.

The Finance Team:
- They represent a diverse client base of global financial institutions, issuers, borrowers, funds, asset managers, and fintech companies.
- They have helped clients close more than $1 trillion in financing transactions over the last five years, including many precedent-setting financings.
- The team brings insight into market developments and trends on issues such as the rise of private capital and the growth of financial technology.
The Role:
- You will represent financial institutions, direct and institutional lenders, and corporate borrowers on cutting-edge domestic and cross-border leveraged and investment-grade lending and high yield transactions as well as high-profile restructuring and bankruptcy matters.
- Opportunities for internal progression - 2 partner appointments made internally this year.
