This is an exciting opportunity as the In-house Solicitor across our group of 62 hotels and 6 holiday parks. The Company also has an extensive portfolio of residential and commercial property. This is an office based role.

The succcessful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor a minimum of 6 years of broad general commercial experience gained from a prominent law firm or organisation.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in the following areas:

  • Commercial Property
  • Commercial Contracts
  • Employment
  • Commercial and civil Litigation 
  • Licensing
  • Regulatory

Prior in-house experience is desirable but not essential. 

The ideal candidate will be a team player with proven experience of leading and managing a team and will have proven experience in handling sensitive and often complex legal issues
