Private Client Locum – West Midlands

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Locum to join an established firm in the West Midlands on a full time or part time basis, starting in March 2023.

The Firm

The firm have an esteemed reputation throughout the West Midlands, which sees them advising on a broad range of legal services. They pride themselves on their client-friendly approach, ensuring that customers receive an outstanding service from initial contact through to the completion of services. 

The Opportunity

You will join a welcoming team to help handle a busy private client caseload, including wills, trusts, probate, and LPAs.

The position will begin in the first few weeks of March for an ongoing period, working closely with the team as they seek to recruit permanently.  

Both full time and part applicants are encouraged to apply as each applicant will be considered on their own merits. The firm are also willing to consider an element of remote working for the right candidate.

Full secretarial support is provided, along with free on-site parking.

Requirements

• Solicitor, Legal Executive or equivalent experience in practice
• Ability to hit the ground running with a busy private client caseload
• Confidence in handling wills, trusts, probate and LPAs 
• Experience is tax matters is valued but not essential
