An exciting international law firm is looking for a Senior Associate to join their corporate department in London.
The team advises on the full range of corporate legal services, including corporate governance, equity capital markets, re-organisations, joint ventures, and private company mergers and acquisitions.
You will advise clients on a diverse range of corporate matters, with a focus on private company M&A and private equity which includes private company acquisitions and disposals, investment agreements, joint ventures, general corporate matters including share buy-backs, distributions and corporate governance.
You will be a qualified lawyer in England and Wales with a least 4+PQE experience at a reputable city or regional law firm.
