Corporate Tax Associate - 1-4PQE

Pure Search are instructed by an elite US law firm looking to grow their market leading Corporate Tax practice.

The Firm:

Our client is widely regarded as one of the elite white-shoe US law firms in London, headquartered in New York but with a long-standing history in London, which sees London as the firm's second largest office worldwide. As specialists across Corporate, Finance, Capital Markets and Tax, the firm are well placed to serve their client base internationally.

The Tax practice are specialists across the range of corporate, income and related tax, covering investment funds, corporate and the financial services sectors. Their work is very international with a cross-border element to almost every transaction, with the backing of leading structured finance and capital markets teams to assist clients in developing their tax-optimal strategies for JVs, funding structures and global corporates.

The Role:

Working with one of the most recognisable names in the Tax market in Europe, you will be joining a collegiate and well-balanced team focusing on tax aspects of domestic and international corporate and finance transactions. This will include providing structuring and consultancy advice, as well as advising on cross-border M&A, restructurings, joint ventures and tax structured finance.

About You:

You will have at least one year's post qualification experience at a leading Magic/Silver Circle, US or international law firm and be looking for a new challenge with clear desires to be at a leading US law firm, remunerated in line with the Cravath scale, and working on some of the most high-profile Tax matters in the market.
