THE ROLE:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a well-established law firm for Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive to join this this firms Residential Property team. You will manage your own caseload of residential property files, to include but not restricted to right to buy, sales, purchases, equity releases and re-mortgages. It will be necessary for you to motivate, lead, and grow a team of junior and mid-level fee earners. This firm produce exceptional technical expertise within a down-to-earth and supportive environment, you will be offered the chance to grow your skill-set across a broad range of areas and will be fully supported with long-term career development and ongoing training investment.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from candidates with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE and experience working in a busy team. You will prioritise workload whilst working towards deadlines is essential together with having a high attention to detail. When communicating with clients, the successful candidate will need strong communication skills. You must be meticulous and able to work with minimal supervision. The appointed candidate will offer exceptional levels of client care and will thrive upon the positive feedback you receive from your clients.
