COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SENIOR ASSOCIATE -LEGAL 500 FIRM - An exciting opportunity for an experienced Solicitor with commercial property experience at a great firm.
We are seeking a Solicitor with experience in commercial property to join a substantial and fast-growing practice in Northamptonshire.
We are keen to hear from applicants that are experienced Solicitors with a strong background in Commercial Property and Property Development matters. In this role you will be undertaking a range of Property Development matters including working with house builders and landowners. Occasionally you will be instructed to handle Commercial Property matters such as landlord and tenant, construction and conditional sale agreements.
