Commercial Property Solicitor (Development), Northampton – NQ-3 years - £DOE – A leading Top 100 practice is looking to appoint a Lawyer with up to 3 years’ experience in handling Commercial Property matters with a focus on development matters.

THE ROLE:
The busy team of this leading Top 100 law firm is keen to appoint a Commercial Property Lawyer into the thriving real estate team to deal with property development matters. The established team covers the broad remit of property related matters and they are keen to appoint a Commercial Property Lawyer who is looking for the opportunity to deal with a full and varied caseload of property development caseload and work closely landowners and developers on all types of development work including in relation to site acquisitions and disposals, site set ups and mixed-use development projects. In addition, and as and when required you will be providing advice on the breadth of commercial property matters. If this is an area you haven’t necessarily gained exposure to however you have a solid background in commercial property work and wish to move into more of a development role, then we would be interested in hearing from you as the firm are open to hearing from individuals who need additional support and training within this area of law. THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal Commercial Property Lawyer Solicitor or Legal Executive will have a strong background of handling commercial property matters and a proven interest in property development matters within a firm renowned for their property services. Ideally you will be a Commercial Property Lawyer with a good grounding in property transactions from start to finish. You should be able to demonstrate experience in acquisitions, disposals, strategic land matters and other general commercial property work. You will be an ambitious individual who has a genuine desire to develop your career within property development law. You will be comfortable taking on responsibility and building close client relationships, providing a first class service offering practical solutions to technical problems and translating complex issues into accessible and clear advice. We are open to hearing from Solicitors and Legal Executives from NQ level upwards for this position!
