In-house Claims Handler (RTA) - Leeds

My client is a one of the UK's leading insurance companies. An opportunity has arisen in their Leeds office for an experienced claims handler with good knowledge of personal injury and fast track litigation to join a claimant focused team.

The role will involve handling a mixed caseload of pre-litigation, complex, fast track and Part 8 litigated cases where liability and quantum are disputed. Along with providing exceptional client care and ensuring commitment to service level agreements, you will be part of a highly successful team with plenty of opportunity for further growth and development.

Candidates of interest to my client will be those with fast track RTA/personal injury claims handling experience, ideally within a similar insurance and/or legal environment. Candidates of particular interest will be those with a good working knowledge of the MOJ Pre Action Protocol and Civil Procedure Rules for personal injury claims.

My client operates on a hybrid working model which consists of 2 days working from home and three days working from home. With an office based in the centre of Leeds, this role is a fantastic opportunity for a good litigator looking for a better work-life balance. My client is prepared to pay up to £30,000 for the perfect candidate, however salary will ultimately depend on the level of experience that the successful candidate can bring to the role
