Your new role
Your new role will see you join the litigation team and specialise in commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters. The role will see you manage some fee earning work whilst also assisting senior solicitors and partners. You will conduct legal research and draft legal documents, work closely with clients and support senior fee earners.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have a strong academic background preferably up to LPC. You will have gained 12+ months experience in litigation / dispute resolution. You will have high attention to detail and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
It is essential you will have gained paralegal experience in the following areas

• Commercial and contract dispute
• Intellectual property rights
• Debt recovery
• Property disputes
• Contentious probate.
