Senior Associate - Estate Planning and Trusts - Jersey

An exciting opportunity has arisen at an offshore law firm, they are looking for a Senior Associate to join their planning team.

The team advises trustees, private banks and ultra-high net worth clients on the lifecycle of trusts from establishment, restructuring and administration to succession planning. The team combines with the corporate specialists to provide commercially focused corporate advice regarding companies that underlie trust structures or on new investments structures as they arise.

You will have exposure to contentious and non-contentious work by providing clients with technically accurate guidance on complex issues with minimal review by the partner or other senior fee earners, effectively managing matters with minimal input from the partner, taking responsibility for a transaction end to end.

You will be a qualified lawyer in England and Wales with at least 5PQE experience at a reputable city or regional law firm.
